Summer Learning 2017

Formerly known as the Summer Reading Program, Summer Learning is a fun way to include reading and related activities in summer family time, while helping children maintain and improve their reading skills. The Summer Learning theme for 2017 is Build a Better World. The Summer Learning program will meet once a week for 6 weeks and runs from June 19 – July 28. It is intended for children ages 4-12. Children need to have completed pre-kindergarten to participate. Each session meets once a week, and during that time we share stories, play games and activities, and make a craft. Sessions usually last for 45 minutes to 1 hour. There is no cost to participate. Space in each session is limited. Registration starts June 1. Please stop by or call the Library near you to register your child.
