Want to learn a new, low-impact aerobic exercise? Attend the Yo-Chi Classes hosted by LaVerne Robinson! These fun workouts combine traditional standing and floor-based yoga poses with Tai Chi routines to improve stability, mobility, and flexibility. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. Chairs will be provided for patrons who are new to yoga and/or Tai Chi.
