Fall Festivals and More!

Fall Festival – Greene County Public Library – Oct. 24 at 7:00 p.m.
Celebrate the season with us at our Fall Festival! Paint mandarin oranges to look like
pumpkins, decorate masks, play games, listen to stories, and end with a yummy Cupcake Walk.

Fall Festival – La Grange Public Library – Monday, Oct. 28 at 6:00 p.m.
Celebrate the change of the harvest season with us. We will have a scavenger hunt, pumpkin
walk, stories, crafts and games! Children are welcome to wear a costume.

Jack-O-Lantern Carving – Pink Hill Public Library – Oct. 23 at 5:00 p.m.
Gather up your crew and join us at the Pink Hill Public Library as we carve Jack-O-Lanterns.
We will be playing spooky music, and Light refreshments will be served.

Trunk or Treat – Pink Hill Public Library – Oct. 31 at 6:00 p.m.
Visit the town of Pink Hill on Halloween night for a night of fun, games, and trick-or-treating.
The Pink Hill Library along with other local businesses will host the first town-wide trunk-or-
treat from Pine to Walnut Street. Don’t miss all the fun and goodies!

Spooky Science – Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library – Oct. 22 and 24 at 4:00 p.m.
Children and preteens are invited to join us for some spooky STEM fun! This event features
five STEM stations and teaches the science behind each activity presented. No registration required.

Teen Scream – Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library – Oct. 26 at 2:00 p.m.
There will be chills and thrills during our Teen Scream party. Come for fun, games, and lots
of spooky things to do. Dress up to enter our costume contest (no masks, please) and win hauntingly cool prizes. For ages 12-18.
