Agnes Ho, right, Director of Libraries for the Neuse Regional Library System, and Scott Newton of the little bank, stand in front of the chillers that will be replaced during the renovation and expansion of the Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library.  The HVAC system for the existing portion of the library will be replaced during the renovation. The little bank pledged $120,000, half of the replacement cost.  The official bid opening date is Thursday.  The official groundbreaking ceremony will be scheduled after the bids are opened, and contracts approved by the county.
