LIBRARY OFFERS FREE ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY INFORMATION
kinston, nc – The libraries of the Neuse Regional System provide access to high quality online resources to help you with research. Whether completing homework, gathering business data, or seeking family history, the Library recommends using the free, authoritative information sources available at your Library branch, at home, or at work through the Library’s website, www.neuselibrary.org.
The Library subscribes to Facts.com, Maps101.com, SIRS Knowledge Source, and HeritageQuest. Facts.com’s Issues & Controversies and Today’s Science help students to complete homework and do research by providing up-to-the-minute resources on all sides of current events. Maps101.com provides access to printable maps of all kinds: country, state, county, city, historical and blank outline maps. SIRS contains information about the U.S. Government and other countries, as well as general reference, social issues, health, science and business. HeritageQuest helps you investigate and discover your family history through census data and Revolutionary War records.
