Logo Contest Winner Named

The Neuse Regional Library has announced Sean Moore of Grifton as the winner of the construction logo design competition.The winning design features the international library symbol in a hard hat and tool belt encircled by the words "Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library" and "Expanding Minds, Building Dreams." The logo contest was part of a Library Services and Technology Act marketing grant awarded to the library by the State Library of North Carolina. The logo will be used on all construction-related publications and promotional items."The library was pleased to have the support of the local artists who entered our contest," said Agnes Ho, director of libraries. "The decision was difficult but I am happy with the selection and am looking forward to seeing the logo in print soon."
