LIBRARY WINS MARKETING AWARDS
Kinston, NC – The Neuse Regional Library was honored with two “Best of Show” Awards at the North Carolina Library Association’s annual conference in late September.
At the conference, the Library participated in the “Swap and Chat” event sponsored by the State Library of North Carolina. During the event, libraries from across the state shared copies of public relations materials with each other to provide ideas and inspiration. In addition, some items were submitted to compete for “Best of Show” honors. The Neuse Regional Library won in both the Calendar of Events and the Fundraising Materials categories.
“The Library is proud that its efforts to inform and educate the public have been recognized as some of the best in the state,” said Agnes Ho, Director of Libraries.
