City of Kinston Pedestrian Plan Community Workshop

The City is updating its pedestrian plan! Residents can drop-in any time to share first-person experiences of walking in Kinston and identify safety issues, problem intersections, barriers, and desired connections like new sidewalks and greenways. Staff from the City, NCDOT, and VHB will be available to describe the Pedestrian Plan process.
