Stress Less with Community Connections Would you like help and resources managing stress? Join the Stress Less group as part of the Community Connections program at the Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library.

This is a safe, social and educational environment to explore the causes behind stressors in your life and learn how to effectively manage them. You are welcome to attend any session that fits your needs.

Are you caring for a loved one? Do you need support for yourself?
LGBT As part of our new Community Connections program, Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library will be holding an 11-week support group for LGBT teens. This will be a safe space to discuss not just issues of identity, but any area of life that group members wish to bring into an environment that will welcome their whole selves.

Group meetings will be held every Thursday afternoon at 3:30 - 4:45 PM.

If you or someone you know could benefit from these services, please contact the Community Resources Specialist for more information or to secure you spot in the group.
